This page is dedicated to all those who on September 11th
either suffer or lost their loves ones on this black day.
We must never forget the events of that day. As time goes
on the wounds may heal but the scars will always be there.
I have written this poem as my way to honor all. I chose this
song to inspire the memory of all our fellow Americans and heros
That will always forever be in our hearts. And to honor all the families
that where effected. I for one will never forget. God Blessed you all.

Upon the horizon they stood proud and tall
No one could have guessed they would ever fall
Within their walls life seem to be as usual
The start of a work day was the ritual
Suddently at 8:48, a number that will be forever etched in time
A jet plane caused the world's most devastating crime
As the towers began to burn and crumble
Many rescue workers entered at the ground as it began to rumble
And then the horror was clearly there to see
Thousands of lives lost, unable to flee
While others watched this event in utter disbelief
Feeling helpless, for there was nothing they could do to give relief
So in memory of all the life's lost that day
They should be remembered in everyway
On September 11th, their only crime
Was showing up for work on time
We must never forget the hurt and pain it caused
So on that day let's all take a minute and pause
Remember them and all that perished in these frightful acts
Forever it shall leave a tremdous impact ©
